A Bit About Me

This is Andrene, owner of AGGIESTRONG Ultimate Life Coaching Services. 

I have a background in philosophy, English writing and legal administration. I found my former career in administration unfulfilling and mundane and knew I had a calling for something more purposeful and rewarding. 

With AGGIESTRONG Coaching, I have one goal: to provide personalized and transformative coaching experiences to individuals from all walks of life where people are inspired and motivated to overcome obstacles, discover their inner strengths, and create positive change in every aspect of their lives. My goal is to do so wholeheartedly. My motto is that if I can help somebody along the way, my living will not be in vain; which aligns with my philosophy: we can achieve anything we set our minds to. My mission is to create a community of empowerment that is genuinely empowering in words and deeds, where we, especially women, can rely on each other for support and pass it on to the next generation! Being able to support all of you amazing women and share my passion with you is humbling.

I encourage you to start where you are and go at your own pace because even the smallest step forward, impacts your life and those around you. AGGIESTRONG is about transforming lives and empowering people at every stage of their journey.
